There is always a new start in life. I started a good habit today. Before ending my day, I pray for all the goodness of the day that Angels has created for me. And I ended my prayer with the designated wake up time. I believe this technique will work but never try it at all ever since I read from a guru’ s book. Finally, I tried it and it works.
It is really so powerful and I am happy that I took the action today.
